This program is designed as a structured, virtual learning
experience and serves as an educational intervention intended to help participants modify negative thinking patterns. The program is completed in a virtual group format over two consecutive days, totaling
sixteen (16) hours of educational instruction. We believe that the intensity of a weekend format allows participants to fully engage in the material without the disruption of weekly scheduling. This format has been shown to support greater retention, accountability, and successful completion.
